How to Request a Helicopter Flight Change

Please provide your booking reference, original route and flight date, passenger details, reason for the change, and preferred alternative date.
Our team will check the available options with the relevant operator. Changes depend on aircraft availability, weather, route feasibility, permits, and operational approval. Your revised booking is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from our team.
Can You Reschedule Your Flight for Free?
Not every customer-requested change is guaranteed to be free.
The applicable charges and conditions depend on your original booking and the circumstances of your request. A change may also involve a price difference if the route, date, aircraft, or charter arrangement changes.
Our published Terms and Conditions do not establish a universal rescheduling deadline or guarantee free date changes for every booking. Please confirm any applicable charges before accepting a revised arrangement.
What Happens When Weather or Operational Issues Disrupt Your Flight?
Mountain helicopter flights throughout Nepal are affected by visibility, wind, weather, terrain, and aviation restrictions. Disruptions can occur in Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, Mustang, and other mountain regions.
When a flight cannot operate because of weather or operational restrictions, Aero Connect Nepal will first attempt to reschedule it. If rescheduling is not possible, the applicable refund policy applies.
For qualifying weather, operational, aviation-authority, or other circumstances beyond the customer's control, the published terms provide a 100% refund of the amount paid to Aero Connect Nepal. Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days, although banks and payment providers may take longer to credit the funds. Payment gateway, banking, and currency-conversion fees of approximately 3%–5% may be non-refundable and deducted from the refund, where applicable.
The pilot in command retains final authority over flight-safety decisions. No booking can guarantee departure or arrival at a specific time when conditions are unsuitable.
What If You Need to Cancel or Change Your Plans?
Customer-requested changes, voluntary cancellations, and operator-initiated cancellations are different situations.
If you need to change your itinerary because of personal reasons, illness, trekking delays, or a change in your onward flight, contact our team to review the conditions applicable to your booking. Do not assume that the refund provisions for weather-related disruptions automatically apply to a voluntary cancellation.
Before confirming a helicopter booking, review the Aero Connect Nepal Terms and Conditions and ask about any unclear charges, notice requirements, cancellation conditions, or refund limitations.
